We introduce with
pleasure John Procter as a member of our team specialising in your
area. John joined the Royal Oak office of L.J. Hooker in 1999 after
a successful career in the Horticulture industry where he owned and
operated a hothouse Tomato business. After 27 years John felt the
time was right to change his career as the growth of Auckland meant
a relocation of his Horticulture operation. Enjoying meeting and
working with people and a genuine interest in houses made the choice
of Real Estate his next career path. Deciding to live in Royal Oak
and work in the Royal Oak, Epsom, Onehunga, Ellerslie and One Tree
Hill area also became obvious with all the attributes we are aware
this location has. Since joining the Sales Team, John has effected
the successful marketing and sale of not just residential real
estate. The sale of a Church, with all the patience needed to work
with a large group of Church elders through to land with several
owners registered on the title, all feature as having successful
outcomes for Vendors. Repeat and buyer referral opportunities
confirm John's honesty, dedication to achieving the result expected
by Vendors, and a highly professional service. His ability to relate
on a personal level to many sectors of our Vendor - Buyer public
contribute to his success. John has broad knowledge of the areas
surrounding our Royal Oak office. He enjoys running in Cornwall Park
and other outdoor activities. Family also plays a significant part
in John’s life.
