Jan has been in
the Real Estate Industry for quite some time. 1985 was the beginning
of her career which at that stage was rural. City life beckoned so
Waiuku was left behind by Jan almost 10 years ago.
The most noticeable difference since 1985 is the number of people
choosing Auctions as their preferred marketing campaign. Regardless
of the Country's economy the market place maintains a similar sales
pattern from one year to the next. The sales may not be as prevalent
but the highs and lows happen at the same time each year." We have
survived downturns in the economy more than once during Jan's’
career in Real Estate.
Jan has proven skills in sales and marketing, having gained awards
for 'Top Sales & Service'. She is a high achiever and has an
exceptional ability to quickly build a special rapport with people
who place their trust in her and reap the rewards of doing so.
She is a qualified Speech & Drama Tutor through Trinity College of
London (LTCL).
