I have been
involved with residential real estate in the Epsom, Royal Oak, One
Tree Hill and Greenlane areas since the mid 1980’s. Originally with
Belton’s, I moved to Challenge of Royal Oak when it was established
in 1990.
I am married, have four children and have lived in
the Onehunga, One Tree Hill/Greenlane area since the mid 1980’s. I
am a keen sportsman with particular interests in sailing, water
skiing and fishing. I am actively involved with my young family and
contribute significantly to community activities.
My
achievements of being the top residential salesperson for United
Realty for three years (1987-1990) and in the top 1% for the
Challenge Realty Group since 1990 have now reached the pinnacle with
Life Membership of the prestigious Captains Club for L.J. Hooker.
This provides me with a wealth of knowledge and experience that I am
only too happy to share with my colleagues. I apply this expertise
to every property that I present to the market.
My aim as
Principal and Salesperson is to further enhance the synergy of L.J.
Hooker’s Top Office and Top Franchise Group and to focus on
providing an environment for salespeople and administrators to excel
both in professionalism and personal development. I also strive to
provide a public image and reputation that encompasses the highest
levels of personal service, trust and enthusiasm; to continue to
develop innovative marketing strategies and to implement and train
sales and marketing skills that will provide us with what it takes
to continue to lead the way.
