Dianne commenced her real estate career in 1985. During the past
25 years Dianne has experienced various market trends, this together
with her vast knowledge of the real estate industry has given her an
edge on handling the current market conditions. Dianne actively
lists and sells properties around the Greenlane, One Tree Hill,
Onehunga, Royal Oak, Epsom, Remuera and surrounding areas.
Since joining LJ Hooker in 1997, Dianne has been a member of the
prestigious LJ Hooker Captains Club and in 2002 became a member of
the elite Multi Million Dollar Chapter Top 2% Salespeople
internationally. In 2008 Dianne was awarded ‘Life Membership’ of the
Captains Club, this is a Honorary Award given to members who have
been at the top level of the company for eleven consecutive years.
Dianne has a diploma in ‘Advanced Negotiation’ from the College of
Advanced Negotiation, and is also an ‘Accredited Auction Marketer’
for the LJ Hooker group.
Dianne is well-known for her dedication, natural enthusiasm and
personable nature and is able to provide a high level of customer
service with integrity and professionalism to all her clients. This
certainly has allowed her Vendors to achieve their expectations and
has contributed significantly to her success. Dianne has a loyal
following of past clients, and has sold some of their properties two
and three times over.
