After coming to
New Zealand in 1986 I met my wife Julie and we went back Europe to
sell up and returned to settle in New Zealand. We have been married
since 1989 and have three children, one daughter and two sons.
Eighteen years ago I started an Antique Shop in Queen Street
Auckland, bringing into New Zealand two containers of hand sourced
stock from England. Since then I have built up and sold several
antique businesses in Onehunga, Royal Oak and the last ten years
have been in Epsom on Manukau Road. I have enjoyed the opportunity
to meet and help many families who now regard us as family friends.
With having been in the antique business I have gained an extensive
knowledge of the area and homes. Since being in New Zealand I have
built, cross-leased and developed quite a few properties which has
given me a vast knowledge of the issues when working with
residential and investment homes in Auckland. Since I have
been selling real estate I have listed and sold many properties, all
with very pleasing outcomes.
My dedication to
the vendor in selling their property is unsurpassed, my ability to
bring both buyer and seller together to achieve a result is second
to none! A testimony to this has been my qualification to the
prestigious L.J.Hooker Captain’s Club membership which I achieved in
my first six months in the business, which places me in the Top 5%
of the National Sales force. That has further advanced into the
Multi Million Dollar Chapter which is now the top 2%
Internationally.
