Andrew has lived in
the Ellerslie/ Onehunga area since 1988 and after commuting to work on
the North Shore for many years, chose to work in this area as well. For
almost 4 years Andrew owned and ran the Paper Plus store on Onehunga
Mall. He knows lots of local people either personally or to say hi to.
Prior to being a local retailer, Andrew was a Sales and Marketing
Manager in the book publishing industry, selling gorgeous New Zealand
books.
His knowledge of One
Tree Hill and the surrounding neighborhoods is great. “I love the
homes and lifestyle we have in this area.” Andrew enjoys cooking,
swimming, exercising and reading good books, when time allows.
Andrew combines his
planning and listening skills with infectious enthusiasm to deliver
great results for his vendors. As a real estate professional he
researches each property transaction and networks with fellow LJ Hooker/
Clear Realty team members and the marketplace to achieve an outstanding
result. Local knowledge helps a lot. Working with Andrew gets great
