I would like to
take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Andrew Lindsay
and I work as a marketing consultant for LJ Hooker. I have recently
entered Real Estate with enthusiasm and passion after successfully
starting and running my own business and in my earlier years a
respected teaching professional.
Selecting your agent is crucial to your sales success. You need to
have faith that your agent will steward the whole process from start
to finish. That agent must demonstrate expertise, negotiation and
marketing skills that are required to market your property. I joined
the LJ Hooker Team as I believe their professionalism, strategies
and philosophy are focused on achieving the best results for you our
client. My approach is based on what’s best for you.
As your agent my prime responsibility is to market your property to
attract and identify the buyers then make absolutely sure they pay
the highest price is todays market.
Throughout my career I have continued to maintain a strong interest
in the latest sales and marketing strategies. I therefore bring a
combination of marketing abilities, negotiation skills and positive
energy to the management of the property sale.
The founding principle of my dealings in business is to conduct
myself and my company in an honest, open and ethical way. A long
term aim is to establish myself in the trade as a person that people
feel they know, like and trust. This is how I will grow after all—by
word of mouth and my reputation.
